We cut whole rolls, so you may receive more pieces than requested. The cutting fee covers every piece cut. After checkout, ship your ribbon (no wire, not cotton) to The Ribbon Factory, 507 Chestnut Street, Titusville, PA 16354, and write your order number on the package. Cutting starts when your ribbon arrives. Ribbon ends are heat fused to prevent fraying. Actual yield may differ by up to 5% due to the cutting process. Hot cutting lead time: 1–3 business days for up to 5,000 pieces; up to one week for more than 5,000 pieces. If your order will take longer, a representative will reach out.
