What counts
Savings for every ribbon shopper
Purchases of all Ribbon Factory ribbon products count toward your next store-credit reward, except Pull Tape. Eligible spending is based on the discounted merchandise total, excluding taxes and shipping.
Pull Tape customers receive savings two ways
Pull Tape is already heavily discounted at its regular price, with additional quantity-based volume discounts available. Because these savings are built into the product, Pull Tape purchases do not earn Ribbon Rewards credit.
Pull Tape-only orders benefit from the product's already-discounted pricing, plus any qualifying volume discounts, instead of Ribbon Rewards. On mixed orders, every non-Pull Tape ribbon product counts toward your rewards progress.
B2B customers receive separate pricing
Customers linked to a Shopify B2B company profile or receiving company-specific pricing do not earn Ribbon Rewards. Their negotiated or catalog pricing is managed separately from this retail rewards program.
