What "seconds quality" means

These ribbon, twill tape, and webbing products may have tick marks along the edges, faded or bleeding colors, or other cosmetic flaws. Seconds ribbon spools are priced 40% below comparable first-quality spools. Twill tape and webbing seconds may be priced differently. They are sold as is and are non-returnable.
