Shipping policy

We normally process and ship orders within 1 to 5 business days, depending on order volume. If an order is delayed, we will contact you.

Free and discounted shipping

Orders of $75 or more qualify for free standard shipping to the 48 contiguous United States. No promo code is needed.

Awareness loops and single-reel orders of pull tape also qualify for free standard shipping within the contiguous United States.

Discounted shipping is available for international orders. Applicable rates and options are shown at checkout.

Standard shipping

Lighter-weight packages generally ship by USPS and typically take 2 to 3 business days in transit, depending on destination.

Heavier packages generally ship by FedEx and typically take 1 to 6 business days in transit, depending on destination.

International delivery times vary. Orders shipped by USPS typically take 6 to 10 business days in transit, but customs processing may add time.

Express orders

Express orders placed before 12:00 p.m. ET generally ship the same business day. Express orders placed after 12:00 p.m. ET generally ship the following business day.

Large or complex express orders may require additional preparation time. If we cannot ship an express order on the expected day, we will contact you.
