We normally process and ship ordinary in-stock orders within 1 to 2 business days, depending on order volume. If an order is delayed, we will contact you.
Standard shipping rates
For orders delivered to the 48 contiguous United States.
Exceptions: Awareness Ribbons and retail Pull Tape qualify for separate free-shipping offers below. Wholesale Pull Tape pallet orders ship by freight.

Orders that include other products use carrier-calculated FedEx 2Day rates shown at checkout. FedEx Standard Overnight rates are calculated at checkout where available. Transit time begins after your order ships; processing time still applies.
Wholesale Pull Tape: Pallet orders are available at aggressive wholesale pricing. To keep those product prices low, freight is charged separately. Free-shipping offers do not apply to wholesale pallet orders.

Standard shipping
Lighter-weight packages generally ship by USPS and typically take 2 to 3 business days in transit, depending on destination.
Heavier packages generally ship by FedEx and typically take 1 to 6 business days in transit, depending on destination.
International delivery times vary. Orders shipped by USPS typically take 6 to 10 business days in transit, but customs processing may add time.
Express orders
Express orders placed before 12:00 p.m. ET generally ship the same business day. Express orders placed after 12:00 p.m. ET generally ship the following business day.
Large or complex express orders may require additional preparation time. If we cannot ship an express order on the expected day, we will contact you.
