Hot Cut Ribbon

Our hot cutting service cuts your ribbon to the exact length you need. Ribbon ends are heat fused, which eliminates fraying.

  • We will cut the ribbon you purchase from us, or any ribbon that you send to us, as long as the ribbon does not contain wire and is not made from cotton.
  • Entire rolls of ribbon must be cut at one length and style. Partial rolls cannot be cut.
  • Minimum cut length is 3″. Maximum length is 62″ for most cut styles and 34″ for V Cuts.
  • Reverse Angle Cuts are ideal for tying bows. The tails are a mirror image for a professional finish.
  • V Cut yield is slightly reduced because there is some waste making the cut. Example: 100 yards cut into 1 yard strips yields approximately 90 pieces, not 100.
  • All hot cut orders are final. Hot cut orders add at least 1 extra business day to processing.
