1. Where is your ribbon made and what is it made of?
Our ribbon is manufactured at our factory located in Titusville, Pennsylvania. The Grosgrain Ribbon is 100% polyester with a few options available in 100% nylon on our Closeout page. 1/8", 1/4", and 3/8" Satins are 100% nylon, while the wider Satins are 100% polyester. The Twill Tapes are 100% Cotton.
2. How soon will I receive my ribbon?
We normally ship within 1 to 5 business days depending upon volume of orders. If there is a delay, we will contact you. Lighter weight packages ship via USPS and typically take 2-3 business days for transit time depending on your location. Heavier weight packages ship via FedEx and typically take 1 to 6 business days, also depending on your location. If you are ordering from outside the Continental US, your order will be shipped via USPS and usually takes 6 to 10 business days.
3. Can I order over the phone?
While the shopping cart is the fastest and easiest way to order, our customer service representatives are available Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. till 4:00 p.m. EST, and will gladly help you place your order.
4. Can anyone place an order?
Any customer who satisfies our $20 minimum is welcome to place an order. A tax ID or re-sale number is not required.
5. Can I get a sample before I order?
Samples are available for $1 each with a minimum of 5. All samples are approximately 2” in length. Call us toll free at (866) 827-6431 to order your samples today. If you are trying to match a specific color, you can send us a small sample and we can check for a match in our current inventory. There is no charge for this service. Send all samples to the address found on our Contact Us page.
6. What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days as long as the ribbon hasn't been cut and is in re-stockable condition. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges (unless a mistake was made on our end), and a 20% restocking fee will be assessed. Please contact us for instructions before making a return, and be sure to include your order number and reason for return. Closeout items, Seconds, 7/8” Bi-Stripes, Bows, Hot Cuts, Neck Ribbons, and Attached Awareness Ribbons are non-returnable.
7. Can I get a custom ribbon made?
While we don't print on the ribbon, it is possible to have a custom ribbon woven to your specifications. There is a 1,000 yard minimum for grosgrain ribbon and a 5,000 yard minimum for custom dyed satin. Please contact us for more information.
8. How do I get discounts?
Discounts are based on the total yardage of your order. You are able to mix and match ribbon in order to allow for the greatest variety at the best prices.
9. Why are your prices so low?
You are cutting out the middle man and buying quality ribbon directly from the manufacturer.
10. What form of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
11. Do you share my information?
We respect your privacy and do not share your information with anyone.
12. Can I use my UPS or FedEx account for shipping?
You may use your UPS or FedEx account, however, you will be assessed a handling fee of $5 for Ground shipments and $15 for Express shipments, per box. You can enter your account number in the Shipping Notes Box during checkout, and we will waive shipping charges upon shipment of your order. Please include if we are billing recipient (shipping address) or third party. If third party, please include that name and address in the Shipping Notes Box, as well.
